Part-time church administrator

We are seeking to recruit a part time Administrator to join our team as part of a growing church in the centre of Lisburn.

Working 12 hours per week, the successful candidate will support the Ministry team in undertaking administrative tasks to help the church run efficiently.  They will act as a first point of contact for queries from the public, be responsible for managing correspondence and also assist in planning and arranging events as instructed by the Minister and Kirk Session.

The ideal candidate will have 1 years’ experience working in an office environment carrying out administrative tasks.  They will be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written formats and show an ability to work independently; effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines.

The job is for a fixed term for an initial period of 2 years.

Salary:  £8.25 per hour
